In 1935, Frank Wykoff was a 25 year old teacher at Carpinteria Elementary School in Carpentaria, California.

 

Three time Olympic Gold Champion, and World record holder in the 100 Yard Dash, Frank Wykoff, audaciously declared that track and field sports should be "LEFT TO THE MEN" at a Woman's Athletic Meeting... Was Frank Wykoff a Male Chauvinist?
